A Banner Birthday

Hello Everyone!

Here is the card I made for Round 3 of the Practical Scrappers Card Making Contest.  Unfortunately, I did not make the next round so this is not on their site :(   I really love this card too.  But, I really want to thank everyone who supported me through this contest and I appreciate everyone taking the time to vote for me.

Here are the details:

• Banners cut at 1 inch from Straight From the Nest
• Party Hat cut at 3 inches from Something to Celebrate
• My Pink Stamper Fancy Phrases set
• Doodlebug Petite Prints paper
• EK Success Edge Punch
• Cotton Candy and Frosted Lace Stickles
• iRock and gems
• American Crafts Ribbon
• pop dots

I cut out 2 hats and put pop dots in between them for extra dimension.  You can see that in the 2nd picture even though the color is not great in that one :)
