Trendy Twine -- Happy Memorial Day!

Hello everyone!  A few of the Trendy Gals made projects to celebrate Memorial Day.  Here is mine.

I used the Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine.  The star border is from my Cricut which I pop dotted up, and I added some red and blue self-stick gems.

Trendy Twine -- For you

Hello everyone!  It's my turn to post over at Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine today.  I used the Twine of the Month -- Midnight Trendy Twine along with the 3x3 Craft Boxes.  I love these little boxes for a quick treat to give out!

I die cut a label on white card stock, stamped my sentiment, and punched holes on the sides.  Then, I put my Midnight Trendy Twine through the holes making the twine go in the back.  I wound it around all the sides and added a bow.   Then I used more twine to make two more bows for the 'flower' effect.  To make the twine stand up a bit, I ran some white glue through my fingers and onto the twine.   To finish it off, I used some black self-stick dots.

Trendy Twine -- Happy Mother's Day!

Hello everyone!  A few of the Trendy Gals made projects to show our love for mothers.  Here are the two cards I made for my mom and mother-in-law.

I used Totally Sky Trendy Twine on the blue card along some Frosty Sequins and a flower from the Lemon Shaker Sequin Mix.   On the pink card, I used Totally Raspberry Trendy Twine and some Raspberry Cupcake Sequins and another Lemon Shaker Sequin flower.  

On both cards, I used a border die from Lawn Fawn to cut the edge.  After I cut them, I realized I flipped it for the second card but I like that they are slightly different.

Trendy Twine -- Congrats!

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.  This month, the design team is featuring Midnight Trendy Twine.

I decided to add some movement to the card with a border die.  Then I glued my Midnight Trendy Twine on the edge.  For the hat, I decided to glue my Midnight Twine onto the cut out to make the tassel. I do like the way it ended up.

The card is 5 1/2 inches long, but not as tall as a regular A2 card.  But this was pretty quick to make and if you need a bunch to send out, won't take long.
