Hi everyone!  Back to school at our house was last week, so it's been a crazy time here.  We did get to go to a great baseball game on Saturday, so that was fun!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend :)

The Challenge Me Monday theme today is Birthday Bash--make a birthday themed project.  Now, I don't know about you, but I always need a birthday card.  I really need to make a bunch to keep on hand.  But I do like to personalize and this one was for someone specific last week.

Here are the details:
  • Shoes cut at 3 inches from Forever Young
  • Cuttlebug Folder
  • Stamp from My Pink Stamper Spectacular Sayings
  • The Paper Studio Safari Untamed Stack
  • Ribbon
  • iRock
  • pop dots
This was for a co-worker and she is very fashionable (loves her shoes!) and her favorite color is purple.  I took a risk with the leopard paper but she loved it!

Now, make sure to visit the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog to see all the Design Team's great birthday projects!  Then you can enter your own that you made for this challenge and don't forget to use a Cricut cut!!

Sweet Goodness!

Hi everyone!  I can't believe it's Monday already and my kids 1st day of the school year.   I now have a high schooler *sigh*.  Still can't believe it!  So I will probably not have a project for you tomorrow, just the winner from my blog candy from Friday night.

This is just a quick card I made last night.  I really did not have any mojo and looked for a quick, easy cut for a card.  It did go together pretty quickly after I (finally) decided what to cut.

Here are the details:
  • Cupcake cut from Create a Critter at 3 3/4 inches
  • My Pink Stamper Yummy-licious stamp
  • My Minds Eye paper
  • Cotton Candy Stickles
  • Signo White pen
  • ribbon
  • pop dots
On my Gypsy, I took off the face from the cupcake.  I just didn't want that on there.  The pattern paper was pretty thin and tore a little bit so I just covered that part with the cherry :)

I hope you have a great week and remember, I'll post my blog candy winner tomorrow!

My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop!

Hi everyone!  So glad you have joined the My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop :)  If you just happened across my blog, make sure to start at the begining with Robyn at My Pink Stamper.  If you've just come from Sharon at Designs by Sharon, you're in the right place! Today, we are showcasing Robyn's newest stamp releases.

I am thrilled that Robyn has asked me to be part of her wonderful design team for another term!  I've been crafting for about 13 years, am married and have 2 children and 1 puppy.  Somehow, I manage to find time for myself to craft--LOL!

For my project today, I decided to cover a notebook.

Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper Font-abulous set (Notes)
  • My Pink Stamper School Days
  • Notebook paper cut at 9 3/4 x 7 1/2 inches from Simply Charmed
  • Doodlebug mini jewels
  • Cotton Candy Stickles
  • American Crafts Ribbon
I covered the front of a composition notebook with pink cardstock and then glued the notebook paper cut onto that.  Then I lightly stamped all the stamps except the word Notes which I stamped with full ink.  Next was the ribbon around the spine and some stickles and self-stick gems added randomly.  Very easy!  I think my daughter might want to steal it :)

Your next stop will be Julie at Ready, Set, Stamp.  And make sure to stop back by My Pink Stamper to see where you can order these wonderful sets!  Here's the hop order in case you get lost:

Since you've made it to the end, I have blog candy!  There's a pack of American Crafts City Park Paper, Cotton Candy Stickles, The Paper Studio Ribbon and pop-dots.  Just leave one comment with a way for me to contact you and I will draw a winner on Tuesday :)

School Days

Hi everyone!  I hope you are enjoying the peeks of My Pink Stamper's new stamps :)  Today I have one more for you.  And tomorrow night, we have the My Pink Stamper Blog Hop and I'll have a prize too!

Here are the details:
  • Apple of my eye from the My Pink Stamper School Days set
  • Apple cut at 4 inches from Celebrate with a Flourish
  • Preserves Cuttlebug Folder
  • Frosted Lace Stickles
  • Signo Pen
  • Red ribbon
  • gems
My iRock died so I had to glue on the gems.  Guess I'll be getting a new one.  At least they are not too expensive.  I just got a light box and used it to take this picture.  It looks better than before, but I need to play around with it some more and I think I'll have some better pictures!

See you all tomorrow on the hop!

Busy Times

Hi everyone!  I don't have something to show you today, it's just a busy time for me.  I have been creating some, but it's DT work and you'll have to wait for next week:)  Plus my air conditioner is not working properly and will just not cool down my house in the late afternoon/early evening.  Of course, I must be at work today so I really hope that someone can come out on Friday.

So I just wanted to say hi and that I will have lots of fun things to show you next week!!

Have a wonderful day!!
