So Super Sweet!

Hi everyone!   I have a quick card for you today using the new Too Cute by Jessica I Love Cocoa file.  I love bears and hot cocoa, so this was a must have set for me :)

I cut this out at 3 inches for the cup--as you can see, the bear is taller that that :)  Since the cut was a good size, I left my card on the plain side.  The stamps is from My Pink Stamper and the pattern paper is DCWV.

The file has some snowflakes that cut out, but they were a little plain for me.  So I added some snowflake sequins to the bear's skirt in place of the cut out ones.

Don't miss out on the great Too Cute by Jessica sale going on right now!  You can even get a free pattern or two.  Check out the website for details.

Have a great day!

My card uses a  the fabulous Candy Cane Trendy Twine--this is a perfect Christmas Twine and a Miss Kate Cutables file.  I cut it out at a little over 3 inches, I think and pop dotted him on.  Then I added 2 sequins and a Merry Christmas stamp.

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!!

Ugly Christmas Sweater

Hi everyone!  Merry Christmas Eve!!  Today I have another Christmas card to show you.  I actually made this one specifically for my daughter's BFF.  They went shopping together for ugly Christmas sweaters so I thought she would love this--and she did :)

I used the new Too Cute by Jessica Ugly Sweaters file.  There are several sweaters you can make in this file.

The above picture is a close up so you can see I added Frosted Lace Stickles to the snowflakes on the sweater.  That was my daughter's idea--she said it needed glitter.  Then I pop dotted the sweater on the card and added a few snowflake sequins.

There are lots of new files over at Too Cute by Jessica right now--and a great sale too :) So be sure to check it out!

Have a fabulous day!!

Trendy Twine Post Day!

Hi everyone!  Can you believe it's almost Christmas Day?  Time sure does fly.  I did not mail out any Christmas cards this year, again.  But I have made some that I can give out with the gifts I am passing out.

Here's a fun santa owl card that has some yummy Candy Cane Trendy Twine on it!

The owl is from Cricut Create a Critter 2--cut at a little over 3 inches.  I tied a bit of twine around the hat and then decided to glue the twine onto the scarf--I do like that look. The stamp is My Pink Stamper and then I used some fun sequins.

We still have lots more fun this month, so be sure to keep visiting!  And you can still get the holiday twine on sale at Annie's Paper Boutique along with tons of other fun goodies.

Have a fabulous day!!

Have a Beary Christmas!

Hi everyone!  Today I have a Christmas card to show you, but not with the tradition Christmas Colors.

I used a cute Polar Bear from the Precious Polar Bears Too Cute by Jessica file.

Other supplies I used include:
My Pink Stamper A Punny-licious Christmas
My Creative Time Stitched Journal Die and Stitched Decorative Banners
White Signo Pen
Pop Dots

I decided to ink the edges of the scarf pieces--it made it more distinct.  And the mouth does not cut out--I drew that on.  This one looks better than the last one I drew :)

Have a fabulous day!

Birthday Wishes

Hi everyone!  Just a quick post today.  I needed a birthday card and I used this adorable polar bear from the Precious Polar Bears Too Cute by Jessica file.

I cute the bear out at about 3 inches.  I don't type in the measurements, just kind of eyeball it on the grid :)  The bear is on the card with pop dots and I added some stickles to the earmuffs.  The file does not cut out a mouth, so I added it in myself with a pen--that's why it's a bit crooked--I am never straight.

The stamp is from My Pink Stamper Birthday Crazy stamp set and I added Doodlebug white sequins.

Have a fabulous day!

Santa Owl

Hi everyone!  I have another Christmas card to show you today.  I used a Santa owl from the Adorable Christmas Owls file from Too Cute by Jessica.

I have never been a good judge of how big I should cut a file and this is a good example :)  I made the owl 4 inches tall and he was very big.  So I made a 5x5 inch square card base to put him on.  I think I do like this size card.

On the whites of the eyes, I used some glossy accents.  And I pop dotted him on the card.

The stamp is from a Close to My Heart set and I used some yummy Candy Cane Trendy Twine for the card base and to make another fun pom pom.  I think I am getting better at those :)

Have a great day!

I wrapped the twine around the top of of tin's lid.  I just tucked it under, but you can glue it on.

I cut the Santa hat out with my Cricut Machine and made a Candy Cane Trendy Twine pom pom to add to the hat.  The label is a die from My Create Time with a My Pink Stamper stamp and some sequins to finish it off.
