Trendy Bakers Twine -- Think Happy Thoughts

Hello!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I thought I would pop in and share a card using the Weekly Wow item--Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine. You can get this fabulous twine for $8 and free shipping now through May 12.  I also used the Choose Happy Stamp set, and Chocolate Truffle and Twisted Lime Sequins

The cute sloth is from Doodlebug Designs.  I decided to use a die cut square to put my sloth on and I glued my Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine around it as a border. I also die cut a piece for my Think Happy Thoughts from the Choose Happy Stamp Set and added a bow to it.

To finish it off, I added some Chocolate Truffle and Twisted Lime Sequins

Have a great day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Hello Sunshine Treats

Hello everyone! I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.  It's a new month and that means a fun new twine color--Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine!  I also used the Small Treat Sacks, Pink Tag-Its, the Choose Happy Stamp Set, and some Raspberry Cupcake Sequins.

To make my tags, I cut out these adorable bees using Print then Cut on my Cricut.  I stamped my sentiment from the Choose Happy Stamp Set on my Pink Tag-Its.  Then I added the cute bees using dimensional tape, and added the Raspberry Cupcake Sequins.

Finishing it off, I used my Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine to the top for the tag topper.  I filled my Small Treat Sacks with the heart candy (yes, a brand new bag from valentine's day LOL), folded the top down twice and used some small, pink clothespins to add my tag.  It was a fun way to add the tag and the recipient can reuse the tag!

These were pretty easy to create and the bags hold a lot of candy.
Have a great day!

Action Wobble May 2019 Challege

Hello everyone! I'm a new member of the Action Wobble Design Team and today is the start of the May Challenge.  The theme this month is Flowers.

The flower is Doodlebug Daisy from the Fairy Tales Collection. I cut an extra pink flower layer so I could put my Action Wobble on the pink flower and you can see pink underneath too. The pattern paper is also from Doodlebug Hello Spring pack.

Additionally, I used Limeade Trendy Twine and Twisted Lime, Raspberry Cupcake, and Lemon Tart Sequins which you can find over at Annie's Paper Boutique. The stamp is from Stampin' Up!

Make sure to join the Action Wobble Challenge this month.  Just use an Action Wobble and flowers and post your project with the hashtag #mayawc in the Action Wobble Facebook Group!

Be sure to visit the Challenge Blog to see all the design team's projects.
Have a wonderful day!!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Llama Celebrate You

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine sharing a card for you today using Pink Limeade Trendy Twine and Twisted Lime Sequins.

I just love llamas so I print then cut this cute llama on my Cricut.  I changed part of the blanket on the llama to green.  It was supposed to more of a lime green but I guess my printed didn't like that LOL. Then I decided to die cut an oval for my llama to be pop dotted onto.  Before I did that, I glued down my Pink Limeade Trendy Twine to it.  The twine looks darker since it's next to the pink paper.

I added my sentiment to a die cut strip, added some more twine to the side and pop dotted it on the card.  To finish is all off, I added some Twisted Lime Sequins

Have a great day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone!  Today the Trendy Gals have some Easter projects and here is mine.  You can head over to Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine to see the other projects.

I started with this adorable little chick in an egg from Miss Kate Cuttables. Instead of printing and cutting, I cut all the layers with the different colored cardstock, added some ink to some of the edges and some Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter to certain spots.

I cut a base layer and used some green ink to splatter it on.  Then I glued my Totally Limeade Trendy Twine along the bottom edge of the white base and added a bow. I stamped my sentiment and added some yellow sequins from the Yellow Tart Sequins.  I did use pop dots to add my chick.

I hope you have a very Happy Easter!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Twine & Tag

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up with Trendy Twine today.  Once a month, one of the DT will be focusing on Twine & Tags.  I just love these Large Tag-It's. So I picked the vibrant Lemon Tag-It and the Bumblebee Trendy Twine.  I also used the matching Bumblebee Sequins and a Black Polka Dot Trendy Page Dot.

The 3D bee stickers were my inspiration for this tag.  They were so cute so I grabbed my Lemon Large Tag-It to start.  Then I decided to die cut the hello three time and layer it for some dimension.  I used a Spectrum Noir clear glitter pen over the black paper to make it sparkle.

I arranged my die cut and bees and then added my Bumblebee Sequins to the tag along with my Black Polka Dot Trendy Page Dot.  Then I added my Bumblebee Trendy Twine for my tag 'tail'.
It looked like it needed something more so I took my white gel pen and added white dots around the whole border.  Note:  this would be much easier to do before you add everything LOL!

I hope you enjoyed my tag. Have a great day!
