Trend Twine -- Smile Box

Hello everyone! I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine and today I have a pretty quick and simple treat box to show you. I used the yummy Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine, a Small Take Out Box, the Smile stamp set, and a Yellow Tag-It.

First, I filled the Take Out Box with some red and gold Reece's Peanut Butter Cups.  I wanted to wrap some paper around the box but due to the shape, that makes it a bit hard.  So I cut strips for each side and just stuck them on as close to each seam as I could.  That was the most time consuming part :)

Next I stamped the smile and heart you onto my yellow tag it.  These tags are so fun!  I went with red ink and then added some self stick white dots to the tag too.

Lastly, I doubled up my Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine and tied it onto my tag and then tied a big double bow.  I then used a few glue dots to stick the tag to the front on my box.

APB Stamps -- Instant Witch

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine today using the new Happy Halloween Stamp set.  I LOVE this set and it was fun making these to show you.

First, I made a card and used the Are you a good witch or a bad witch stamp.  I also used some Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine.  The witch is cut from the Wrap It Up cartridge on my Cricut machine and is pop dotted on.  I finished it off with some self stick black gems.  The green parts of the witch are also sparkly--I used my clear Wink of Stella.

Next, I made a drink pack water bottle holder.  I really wanted to use the Instant Witch. Just add water. stamp and this was perfect!  I used the same green paper from the witch, but did use a different pattern paper.  I decided to wrap the pattern paper around the bottle label.  And I designed the holder on my Cricut and had it cut it out and score it for me.  I used some black eyelets to keep the front flap closed, stamped the sentiment on the front and added the same Lime Grapesicle Trendy Twine to it.

The bottle drink packet holders are so easy to put together.  I can't wait to make more!

Trendy Twine -- A Happy Day!

Hello everyone!  It's my turn to post over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.  I have a quick card to show you using the fabulous Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine!

I used a cut from my Cricut Machine for the flower and decided that I could swirl my Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine for the center.  The stamp is from the Smile set in the store.  I also used some red sequins from the Christmas Shaker Medley and yellow from the Lemon Shaker Medley.

Have a fabulous day!

Happy Halloween Stamp Release

Hello everyone!  I am so excited about the new stamp set that released over at Annie's Paper Boutique today.  It's called Happy Halloween. The Trendy Gals have made projects showcasing these fun stamps today.

I made a card and a few treat bags using some other fun items you can get in the store.

Here are all the supplies used:

I saw a package of ghost peeps in the store last week and knew right away that they would be perfect to go with this stamp release.  I cut them apart (three to a pkg.) and put one each in the bag.  I used the Boo-tiful stamp on my die cut topper.  The little ghost cheeks did not cut well on the paper I picked, so I decided to use my Nuvo Drops in pink to add to all of them.  I'm so glad I did since I love how it looks :)

After putting together the bags, I decided to use the same paper from the topper to use on my card and use the You are Spook-tacular stamp this time. I had already cut the same ghost, just in a bigger size.  The sequins are purple and black but that is not showing very well in the picture.

Be sure to head over to Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine and see all the other amazing projects the design team created.  And you should head over and pick up the Happy Halloween Stamp Set now so you can create fun Halloween projects -- they are so cute and fun!
