How's the Weather? Planner Stamps

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.  I got some fun goodies in the mail last week and just had to play with them.  The new How's the Weather? Planner stamps are just too cute!  I started using them right away in my planner, which is also new to me this year.  My pages are not as nice as some I see, but I'm just starting and need to play some more :)

Here are my pages for this week.  I don't have much going on a few days, which I plan to using for crafting if I can :) (or watching Grey's Anatomy!)

Monday was really a Monday at my house.  We started the day off running late and I finished the day off by leaving my phone at work.  Since I had to go back for it, it was pizza for dinner since that did not require much work on my part.  So I just had to use the adorable pizza stamp from the Foodies Planner Stamp Set!

I did go ahead and put the weather through Friday which is supposed to be mostly cloudy with a little sun.  So that's why there is one sun and two clouds :)  These stamps make me smile!

Trendy Twine Post Day

Sunshine in my soul

Hello!  I decided to join in the My Favorite Things sketch challenge this weekend and figured I better go ahead and post today so I don't forget to link up :)  I don't usually like the cards I make from sketches, but I really love this one.

I used a stamp from the My Favorite Things Cheerful Blessing set.  The sun is from a Cricut cartridge, cut at 3 inches and pop dotted on the card.  I also used some Glam Pink Stickles on the cheeks, some white ribbon, and self adhesive pearls.

Trendy Twine Bunny Bags

Hello everyone!  I'm up on the Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine Blog today.  This month, we are showcasing Watermelon Taffy Trendy Twine along with the Small Candy Sacks. 

I went a little crazy in the Easter candy isle--there was so much that I liked in that isle and it somehow ended up in my cart :)  The mini malted eggs are one of my favorites so I had to used them in one of the bags. 

I used a cut from the Cricut New Arrival cartridge for my tag.  The green paper is just a small piece I added to bring in some green to go along with the twine.  I stamped the sentiment in some green ink above the bunny cut out.

The cut was actually just a flat card that I scored and folded over the back.  Then I punched small holes for my Watermelon Trendy Twine to go through to hold the bag closed with a bow in the front.  To finish off the tag, I added two small self stick pearls.

Here is a shot of the side of the bag.  I love the flat bottom which helps hold a lot of candy in there.
