Trendy Bakers Twine -- Hello Llama!

Hello everyone! I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I have a cute llama card for you using Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine.

I love all things llama so I was very happy to find this SVG in my Cricut Design Space that matched the Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine!  I glued my Trendy Twine around the edge of the oval die cut and added a bow at the bottom.  I love that look.

I took a small hello die and cut it out of black card stock three times to layer it.  Then I added some Clear Wink of Stellar to make it sparkle like the background paper. To adhere it, I found an old tube of dimensional glue in my stash.  Not sure how good it really is, but it worked.  I wanted the word to be over the twine but then not flat against the paper.

I did add a bit of Wink of Stella to the llama too.  It's just a fun card!
Have a great day!

Happy Stamptember!

Hello everyone!  It's Stamptember--a fun month-long stamping celebration by Simon Says Stamp with fun new stamps and dies, including some exclusives.

I was very fortunate to be one of 100 to be chosen to be sent a new Stamptember Stamp set.  I got the CZ Design Stamps My Zombie Boo Stamps.  As soon as I saw they had dies I could buy, I ordered them to use with the stamps.  I love what a clean die cut came out.

This is my first card right now.  I colored several images but just got the dies yesterday and threw this together last night.  I'll show more next week!
Its a pretty basic card and very monochromatic.  But it fits the theme LOL! I used grays for the zombie and rocks and the sentiment is from the same set as well.  The paper is from my Halloween stash and I thought fit it pretty well. I made some black ink spatters with black Tim Holtz Distress ink pad.  Simple, but I liked it :)
I know I'll be seeing what other fun goodies I need from Simon Says Stamp this month!

Trendy Bakers Twine--Boo!

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine. It's September so there is a new color of the month Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine!  For my project today, I also used a 2x2 Candy Cube, Black Licorice Tag-ItsHappy Halloween Stamp Set, a Blue Berry Sequin, and a Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dot.

I found the cute Monster Hershey Kisses this weekend and new I could use the teal colored ones with my Trendy Twine.  They are so cute!  I filled my 2x2 Candy Cube with pretty much all the blue ones in the bag.  Then I wrapped my Aqua Licorice Trendy Twine around the box one way.

For the tag, I stamped the Boo! from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set three times with embossing ink and added white embossing powder.  It looks so good on the Black Tag-It that I trimmed down to 2 inches long so it would not hang over too much on the top of the box.

I added one Blue Berry Sequin and then the Aqua Midnight Trendy Page Dot to the top of the tag.  I attached it to the Trendy Twine a…

Action Wobble September 2019 Challenge -- Back to School

Hello everyone!  It's time for the September 2019 Action Wobble Challenge.   The theme is Back to School.

I purchased the Cute Pencil from Printable Cuttable Creatables.  They have a ton of cute SVG files! I did print then cut on my Cricut and added a bit of Clear Wink of Stella to some of the green part of the pencil before putting it on my Action Wobble.
I stamped my sentiment and decided to add some Totally Lemon Trendy Twine at an angle on the base and attached a bow.  I then added my pencil with the wobble just above the twine.  Then I finished it off with some Lemon Tart and Twisted Lime Sequins from Annie's Paper Boutique.

I added some Clear Wink of Stella to the darker parts of the grapes to give it some sparkle.  Then I used a sentiment from Unity Grape Work set.  It was perfect for this card.  I tied some Twisted Lime Trendy Twine onto the card base, put my grapes on the Action Wobble and finished it off with some green self-stick gems.

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Miss You

Hello! I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine. I'm using Classic Navy Trendy Twine on my Miss You card today.
I found this cute Life Preserver in Cricut Design Space.  Pretty sure I've cut this before. It just is so cute to put the Classic Navy Trendy Twine through for the 'rope'.  Next, I decided to make a wavy border at the bottom of the white card layer to symbolize water.  And I added more of the Classic Navy Trendy Twine to that as well.

I stamped a big Miss You sentiment on the side and added some enamel dot hearts to it.

Have a wonderful day!!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Tassel Hassel!

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today and I'm here with a graduation card using Lemon Midnight Trendy Twine and some Lemon Midnight Sequins.

A good friend of mine just graduated from college last week.  And this twine is perfect for the school colors!  I love that 😄  I found this graduation cap on Cricut Design Space and I made it a print then cut. I used my Lemon Midnight Trendy Twine to make the tassel.  Then I cut down a 3D Zot and wound my twine on there for the button on top of the cap.

The sentiment is from Unity Stamp Co. Sentiments for Graduates.  It's a perfect sentiment for my friend. I wrapped more of my Lemon Midnight Trendy Twine around the card base above the sentiment, used some foam tape to attach the cap, and then I added some of the fun Lemon Midnight Sequins.
Have a great day!

Then I added my sentiment from the Happy Halloween Set, my sequins and the Trendy Page Dot.  I finished it off with a Twine topper for the tag and added the tag to the box.

A Beary Hello

Hello Everyone! I'm posting over on the Action Wobble Blog today and I'm sharing this Panda Bear card.
The challenge this month is Zoo Animals and this panda was perfect! It's from Animal Emoji Printables and in Cricut Access.  I printed it on Glitter Inkjet Card stock from Diamond Print that I found in Walmart.  It's so fun!

I used a basic edge die on my top layer so I could showcase my pattern paper and added Midnight Trendy Twine to the bottom. Then I cut out my hello three times and layered them and added white dots with a pen. The last touch was adding some black bling self-stick gems!

And here it is with the wobble! It was amazingly hard to try to capture the wobble due to the black and white and the glitter paper.
Have a great day!
