Another Valentine

Hello everyone!  Here's another Valentine card I made.  I've been having fun making them lately!

Here are the details:
  • Heart cut from Love Struck at 3 inches
  • My Pink Stamper From the Heart Stamp
  • Bazzill Basics Petunia cardstock
  • The Paper Company Red Linen cardstock
  • Martha Stewart Crafts Valentine Paper pack
  • Marachino Twine from The Twinery
  • Heart shaped iRock bling
I have been wanting the Love Struck cartridge forever, but it was so hard to fine.  I was so happy that it's in the digital form now.  And after the download, update your Gypsy and it will be on there!!  I was so happy to find this out!  I have not used the Craft Room since you can't use your cartridges that are linked to your Gypsy and ALL of mine are.

Oh, and I love the shaped iRock bling!!  I saw some diamond shapes at the store, but haven't bought them yet.

Have a great Sunday!

Happy Bee-lated Birthday

Hello!  Just wanted to show you a belated birthday card I sent out this week.  You all probably know that it was Robyn, My Pink Stamper's birthday on Tuesday.  Well, I am not always very good at getting cards out on time, but really wanted to send her one.  So I made this card using one of her Punny-licious stamps to send.
Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper Even More Punny-licious stamp
  • Bee from Create a Critter cut at 3 1/2 inches
  • DCWV Lemon Flower Stack paper
  • Bazzill Basics Grapefruit Bliss and Petunia Cardstock
  • Sew Easy Loop de Loop
  • Charcoal Twine from The Twinery
  • Action Wobble
  • Glam Pink and Frosted Lace Stickles
This was the 1st time using my Sew Easy that I just had to have!  I actually do like it.  It's not the quickest thing to do, but I love how it turned out!

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!  I hope to get some more organizing done and hopefully some more cards or scrap pages :)

My Pink Stamper January Design Team Day

Hello again!

It's My Pink Stamper Design Team Day!!  Love these days :)  It's a day later than usual since yesterday was Robyn's birthday--I sure hope she had a fabulous day!!

For today's projects, the theme is Be My Valentine--make something, anything for Valentine's Day!  I love to make Valentine Projects and  I decided to go with some treat boxes.

Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper From the Heart Set
  • Art Philosophy Fry Box cut at 9 inches
  • Sophisticated Cartridge cut at 2 inches for front of box
  • Teresa Collins Posh Damask Paper
  • Charcoal Twine from The Twinery
  • Cotton Candy Close to My Heart Ink
  • Pop Dots
I cut the boxes at 9 inches so I could fit 2 boxes on one piece of paper. They are probably going to my swap partners, so I hope they are not peeking :)

Make sure to go over to My Pink Stamper and see all the design teams wonderful projects and to play along!

Have a wonderful day!

Bananas 4 you!

Hello everyone!!  I hope you had a fabulous weekend!  I had a great House Party at my house Friday night, then spent 2 whole days with some wonderful ladies at a Cricut Swarm near me.  Oh, and I received some fabulous news too :)  Does the weekend have to be over?

Here's a Valentine card I made over the weekend.  I made several projects and have decided to spread them out a bit.  So look for the next one on Wednesday in the My Pink Stamper Design Team post day!!  So glad that we are getting back on schedule over there :)

Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper Punny-licious Stamp set
  • Create a Critter Cartridge
    • Monkeys cut at 3 inches
    • vine cut at 3 1/2 inches
    • bananas cut at 1 inch
  • Bazzill Basics Carob Cream Cardstock and green glitter cardstock
  • Archiver's valentine stripe paper
  • Cappuccino Twine from The Twinery

Party Bag and Pinkalicious Winner

Hi everyone!  Thanks so much for everyone who was able to stop by and visit over the weekend for the Pink-alicous Blog Hop.  Blogger did not want to work for me either on Internet Explorer.  I found out on Sunday that it's working just fine on Firefox though.  So I have officially switched over!

Here's a quick project I threw together for a House Party that I am having tomorrow night.  It's for the Glade Fresh Air products.  Then on Saturday and Sunday I am going to a Cricut Crop in my area!!  I think I crammed a ton into this one weekend--I am going to need a day off next week--hope I can make that happen :)

I used Preserves for the tag cut at 5 inches.  Then I used My Pink Stamper Fancy Phrases--this was the perfect stamp for my bags!  The edges are inked and I added yellow iRock glam rocks and The Twinery Buttercream Twine to tie them on!  The picture is not the best--sorry about that.  I will try to take one in better light before I give them away!

Now, I'm sure you would love to know the winner of the My Pink Stamper Love-alicous set!! Random.org picked #23:

My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop!!

Hello everyone!!

It's my favorite Friday of the month--My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop night!!   If you have just come from creative Chelle (Paper Krate) then you are on the right track.  If you just happened to stop by, make sure to start at the beginning at Robyn's fabulous My Pink Stamper blog.

Today's theme is a fresh clean start! Make something for yourself or that you would give someone to welcome the fresh clean start of a New Year! And I have to say that I really love what I made for today :)

I decided to make a mini book to record my quest to be published this year.  Plus I just got a Bind It All for Christmas and this was the perfect way to try it out!

Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper Encourage Me and Scrap-alicious sets
  • Cricut cartridges
    • Sophisticated--front of card cut at 5 inches
    • Designer's Calendar Months cut at 2 inches
  • DCWV Black Currant and LaCreme Stacks
  • Teresa Collins Blinage--Taylor's Clips
  • Black Organdy Ribbon
  • Stick on gems
  • pop dots
My plan is to record my projects for the year, especially when I submit projects for publication, and other fun scrap related events (like a cricut get together I'm going to next weekend!).    I used the Encourage Me set for the front--these are great inspirational stamps and the Scrap-alicious set for inside the book.  I'm going to add as the year goes on :)   I think I'm going to be making a lot of books this year too!

Now your next stop on the hop is the fabulous Missy.  And don't forget when you are all done to go back to My Pink Stamper and play along!

And since you've made it to the end of my post, I have a giveaway!  It's one of my favorite things......a My Pink Stamper stamp set!!  I have a few on order but I think I will giveaway a Love-alicious set today--perfect timing for Valentine's Day :)  Just leave one comment with a way for me to contact you.  I will leave it open until Wedneday, January 18th and announce the winner on Thursday.

Here's the hop order in case you get lost along the way:

Helen You are here :)

Hello!

Hello everyone!   I hope you all are having a great start to your week!!  It's busy at my job, but I thought I would take a quick blog break :)

I actually made several projects this weekend, but I can't show them!!  I made three cards to submit for publication.  For over a year, I have been wanting to submit but haven't had the time, or courage for that matter :)  But I just decided to go for it!!

And I did make one more project that I can't show until Friday night.  It's another My Pink Stamper Blog Hop!!  I'm so excited--I really love what I made and can't wait to show you!

I hope to make some things that I can show you tonight and try to get back to regular posting now that everything is going back to normal :)

Have a great day!

Happy New Year and Winner!

Happy New Year everyone!!  I can't believe it's 2012 already--time sure does fly :)  Here's a quick card I made the other night.  I had some trouble with my E2 around the holidays--it wasn't cutting.   I was trying to cut out bunches of snow flakes and wanted to have 2 machines going at the same time. But at least I still had my Pink E to keep going.

So I sat down with my E2 the other night and just used it without my Gypsy to cut this hat from Cricut American Alphabet.  I was so happy that it worked!!

Here are the details:
  • Cricut American Alphabet hat cut at 4 inches
  • My Pink Stamper Happy Everything stamp
  • Denim Twine from The Twinery
  • Doodlebug Petite Prints Blue Jean Dot Grid paper
  • Action Wobble
  • Blue Skittles
  • Stickles
Now that you've gotten this far, I have the winner from my 1000 follower giveaway :)  Thank you so much to everyone for the sweet comments.  I would love to send you all something, but I only have one winner today.  Random.org picked:
