Trendy Bakers Twine -- Bewitched Halloween

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine and today I'm sharing a bewitching Halloween card with you. I used the fabulous Gray Licorice Trendy Twine on it and some black sequins from the Grape Licorice Batty Sequins Mix.

I made this card way back in September because we moved October 5th.  And my room is still not unpacked so it was a good idea to have this ready LOL! (I did find my box of Trendy Twine though!)  The paper came from a Halloween stack and the spiders, tomb and stamp are from My Creative Time. I did add clear Wink of Stella to the spiders.

I carefully glued my Gray Licorice Trendy Twine around my tomb and added a bow.  I wanted to add the twine to the part of the web the spider is hanging from too, but it was too small and was not working for me. Then I added some black sequins from the Grape Licorice Batty Sequins to the middles of some of the webs.

Have a great day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Spooky Treats

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  This month, we are featuring Gray Licorice Trendy Twine and the Skinny Candy Chutes.  I made these fun treats and also used some bats from one of the Batty Sequin Mixes.

I used some Halloween M&M's to fill my Skinny Candy Chutes.  Then I cut out the tombstone from My Creative Time Dies and used a stamp that goes with them.

I just added a small, cute bow of my Gray Licorice Trendy Twine to the top of the tombstone.  It needed something else so I grabbed one of the Batty Sequin Mixes to pull out some bats.  I love those bat sequins 😍

Have a great day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Many Thanks!

Hello everyone! I'm over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today showcasing the Totally Kraft Trendy Twine.  I just love this for fall so I made a fall thank you card.

I used this cute acorn from my Cricut.  I used print then cut and added some clear Wink of Stella to it. Then I decided to cut an oval shape to put it in with my sentiment from the Happy Thanksgiving Stamp Set.  It's perfect for a fall thank you.

I glued my Totally Kraft Trendy Twine around the oval and added the bow. And lastly, I added a few sequins from the Autumn Sequin Mix.  A perfect finish to the card!

Be sure to stop back for more fun projects!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- So Thankful

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  This month we are featuring Totally Kraft Trendy Twine and the Kraft Mini Seed Packets.  I also used the Happy Thanksgiving an Hello Fall Stamp Sets on today's project. These seed packets are so cute! You can buy just the envelopes or envelopes with cards.

I wanted to add a bit of color so I used an orange Zig Clean Color Marker that I used water with to flick the color on the envelopes with a paintbrush. Then I stamped the sentiment from Happy Thanksgiving at the top of the envelope.

The acorn and leaf is cut from my Cricut using print then cut. Then I added a bow of Totally Kraft Trendy Twine around the acorn stem and pop dotted it to the envelope.

I stamped the cute acorn from Hello Fall on the top corner of the matching card and left the rest blank for my note.  I also tucked in two Life Saver Candies.

Have a great day!

Trendy Twine -- You're Sweet

Hello!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up with Trendy Twine.  Today I made a cute card using Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine and some Twisted Lime and Peppermint Stick Sequins.

The cute cherries are a Hello Kitty cut from my Cricut.  I cut out my top white layer and added my Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine at the bottom and added two small bows on each side.

I used some pop dots to add my cherries.  The last touch was the sequins -- green from Twisted Lime and red from Peppermint Stick.  It's always fun to mix and match.

Have a great day!

Trendy Twine -- Sweet as a Cherry

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I am showcasing Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine and the Short Candy Bags.  I also used White Tag It's, some red sequins from the Holly Berry Mix, and Christmas Mint Trendy Page Dots.

I found the cherry candies and just knew that they would be so cute in a clear bag and would be perfect with the twine. I stamped my sentiment on the Tag It and added a few red sequins from Holly Berry and put on a red Christmas Mint Trendy Page Dot.

Next I loaded the candy into the Short Candy Bag and wrapped my Cherry Limeade Trendy Twine around and tied on the tag by finishing with a bow.  These are super easy to make a bunch at one time!

Have a wonderful day!

Congratulations to Beth!

Hello everyone!  The Trendy Twine Design Team (current and alumni) and some of this year's guest designers are posting today to send love to Beth to celebrate the birth of her baby girl Autumn! We created cards to send her with our best wishes.

I used Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine for my card.

The cute baby toy is an image from Cricut Design Space.  I flattened it so I could print it, then cut it out.  It makes it so easy! I added some Clear Wink of Stella to the antenna, eyes, mouth, and dots at the bottom.  Then on the eyes, I added dots of glossy accents.

I glued my Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine around the oval cut out and added my bow. Then I pop dotted the oval and the baby toy onto my card base.

Be sure to head over to Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine to see all the cards and congratulate Beth!  I hope she enjoys all the posts and the cards when she gets them 😊

Have a fabulous day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Sunshine Treats

Hello! I'm posting over at Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine. Today I made some quick treats to show you.  I used Orange Limeade Trendy TwineOrange and Green Chevron Treat BagsChoose Happy Stamp SetWhite Tag-Its and some Trendy Page Dots.

These Chevron Treat Bags would be great with some homemade cookies in them. I didn't have any of those so I put small Hershey Bars in them LOL! They really are good for any kind of treat. Next, I folded the top and punched two holes for my Orange Limeade Trendy Twine.

I used a die to cut out a sun and stamped the Hello Sunshine from the Choose Happy Stamp Set in the middle.  Then I used dimensional tape to put it on the White Tag It. I added my Trendy Page Dots and added to my bags tied with a bow.

Have a fabulous day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Sending You Sunshine!

Hello!  I'm posting over at Twine it Up with Trendy Twine using the Orange Limeade Trendy Twine and a few Twisted Lime Sequins.

This was an easy card to make.  I did a print then cut image on my Criut.  Then I just added a bit of Clear Wink of Stella to the sun rays. Then I picked a lime green cardstock and an orange pattern paper than I stamped my sentiment directly on with black ink.

I wrapped my Orange Limeade Trendy Twine around the top base and added a bow.  The cute sun is on with foam tape for some dimension. Lastly, I added a few Twisted Lime Sequins.

Have a fabulous day!

MFT Summer School -- Complimentary Colors

I didn't have much in the way of MFT Stamps that would work well with this lesson.  So I used paper mostly to show my colors orange and blue.  I used MFT Musical Dies cut out in blue and a MFT Stamp to show my orange in the sentiment.  The scallop mat is from MFT Blueprints 1.

(not the best picture, but it's late)

This is has been a lot of fun!

MFT Stamps Summer School -- Symmetry

Hello!  Just a quick post for My Favorite Things Summer School -- Symmetry.  I only have one more lesson to make now.  My job gets in the way of my fun, but I really hope to get to it after work :)

MFT Stamps Summer School -- Repetition

Hello!  Here is my card for My Favorite Things Summer School -- Repetition.  I'm hopeful to get the last two days done too :)

I used MFT Full of Sunshine Stamp set, Hello Die-namics, and the Radiant Sun Die-Namic.  The ink is also MFT Pineapple Hybrid Ink.

The sunshine die has foam tape to give the card some dimension.  For the hello, I added clear Wink of Stella and then covered it all with Glossy Accents.  I haven't used that in a while and love the way it turned out.

Have a great day!

MFT Stamps Summer School -- Primary Colors

Hello!  This is day 2 of My Favorite Things Summer School -- Primary Colors.

I used the MFT Penguins in Paradise Stamps.  The dies that I have with this set are not the open dies.  So I fussy cut my images. I really should have die cut, then stamped and colored but I forgot that's what these dies were and had already colored.

I did use Copic Markers except for the black.  I don't own a lot and black is not one I have. The black is a Zig Clean Color marker.

Three more lessons to go and I hope I have have time to finish before the 12th!  Unfortunately, I have to go back to work tomorrow.

Have a great day!

MFT Stamps Summer School -- White Space

Hello all!  I'm playing along with My Favorite Things Summer School.  This is Session 1 and the first lesson was White Space.

I do not usually have this much white space, so it was a good challenge for me.  Not sure I like it very much but I wanted to try it out and this is what I came up with.

I used MFT Hog Heaven Stamps and dies.  Then I used the Stitched Dome STAX a banner from Blueprints 13 Dies.  The cute pink gems are the Pink Diamonds from Annie's Paper Boutique :)

There's four more lessons I'll be posting this weekend I hope!

Have a great day!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Celebrate!

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.  This month, we are featuring Orange Limeade Trendy Twine and the Cotton Muslin Bags.  I also used an Orange Tag-It, a Lime Chevron Trendy Page Dot, and some Twisted Lime Sequins.

I decided to stamp on my Cotton Muslim Bag.  I used a stamp platform so I could stamp several times to make sure the color is good.  It took about three times each to get a good image.  I used an orange ink and a lime green ink to match the twine. This is a very easy way to decorate these bags!

After I put some candy in the bag, I tied my Orange Limeade Trendy Twine around the top.  Then, I pulled out and Orange Tag-It and cut it down.  I wanted all the Celebrate sentiments to show. And then I stamped my other sentiment and added a few Twisted Lime Sequins.

This is a quick and easy little gift--you can add a gift card in here along with candy!

Have a wonderful day!

Trendy Twine -- Celebrate You!

Hello everyone!  I'm posting over at Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine and today I'm sharing a fun card using Totally Blue Trendy Twine and several sequins mixes.  I really LOVE how this card turned out!!

I've had this pinata die from My Favorite Things since May.  I've totally been wanting to use it and the Totally Blue Trendy Twine was perfect for the 'string' to hang it from.  The die cutout has a cardstock base and all the layers are cut out of crepe paper, except for the eye, that's cardstock.

Next, I glued my Totally Blue Trendy Twine to the back of the pinata and hooked it over the back and taped it down, and added a bow. I attached the pinata to the card front with dimensional tape.

Lastly, I added my sentiment and added colorful sequins around.  The sequins came from the following:  Blue Berry, Grape Fizz, Lemon Tart, Rapsberry Cupcake, and Twisted Lime.  I love how fun they all go together and should mix them up more often LOL!

I hope you have a fabulous day!!

Trendy Twine & Mini Popcorn Boxes

Happy Father's Day!
The Trendy Gals are showcasing the new Mini Popcorn Boxes today.

I picked the Lemon Mini Popcorn Box and paired it with Dark Citrus Trendy Twine.  I also used the Choose Happy Stamp Set, a Navy Tag-It and some Lemon Tart Sequins.

These are just the cutest little boxes!  I had some small stamps on my desk and realized this cute pineapple stamp would be the perfect size for the Mini Popcorn Box.  I stamped and dies cut four of them and pop dotted them to all the sides of the box.

Next, I glued a strip of Dark Citrus Trendy Twine around the bottom of the box.  It matches so well.  I wanted to have a sentiment sticking out and starting searching for something that might work.  Then I saw the Navy Tag-It in my stash.  It sticks out just perfectly in the box.  I added the Rock this day from the Choose Happy Stamp Set and some more Dark Citrus Trendy Twine for the tag topper and a few Lemon Tart Sequins.

Make sure to visit Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine today to see all the fun boxes the Trendy Gals made!

Have a wonderful day!
