Trendy Twine August Challenge

Hi everyone!  It's Just Another Day at the Beach--well, that is the Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine Challege this month :)  The design team made some great projects to show you and we are featuring Krazy for Kraft Twine this month too.

My project is a box to hold some the shells we collected on our beach vacation last year.

Details:

There wasn't a lot needed to put this together!  I knew the assignment and found this cute Trendy Washi Tape in Archiver's on one of my trips.  The box was super easy to assemble and then I thread the twine through the holes and tied a bow.  I also glued it down around the base of the box.  I think the box is supposed to be a flower box, but there are so many things you can use it for!

You really should participate in the challenge this month.  Here's what you need to do:
Make a beach themed project using Trendy Twine and Washi Tape.  You must only use Trendy Twine; if you do not have any, use hemp, jute, or embroidery thread only.   The project must be new for this challenge, no back linking.  Deadline is August 31st.  Projects not qualified will be unlinked.  The prize is 10 yds of Krazy for Kraft and 10 yds of the new colors of Trendy Twine!!!

Be sure to visit Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine to see all the fabulous projects and to enter your own!!

  10. What a cute trinket box. Love the scallop edges and the way you threaded the Kraft twine through. It could also hold chocolate, just sayin' :)
