I was determined to play with My Pink Stamper's new stamps yesterday. This card was going to be tree-shaped, but it just wasn't working for me. It took me about an hour, which is way too long, but I think it turned out better than if the shape did work! Here are the details:
Hello Kitty Greetings tree and all parts cut at 5 1/4
I got the idea from the gold cord going around the card from Emma at My Creative Time--she rocks! If you click on the My Pink Stamper above and it will take you to see all her wonderful new stamps! I have to be at a work event this afternoon, so not much time to play today. At least this is only once a year :-)
Happy Easter everyone! Today the Trendy Gals have some Easter projects and here is mine. You can head over to Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine to see the other projects.
I started with this adorable little chick in an egg from Miss Kate Cuttables. Instead of printing and cutting, I cut all the layers with the different colored cardstock, added some ink to some of the edges and some Spectrum Noir Clear Glitter to certain spots.
I cut a base layer and used some green ink to splatter it on. Then I glued my Totally Limeade Trendy Twine along the bottom edge of the white base and added a bow. I stamped my sentiment and added some yellow sequins from the Yellow Tart Sequins. I did use pop dots to add my chick.
I wanted to add a bit of color so I used an orange Zig Clean Color Marker that I used water with to flick the color on the envelopes with a paintbrush. Then I stamped the sentiment from Happy Thanksgiving at the top of the envelope.
The acorn and leaf is cut from my Cricut using print then cut. Then I added a bow of Totally Kraft Trendy Twine around the acorn stem and pop dotted it to the envelope.
I stamped the cute acorn from Hello Fall on the top corner of the matching card and left the rest blank for my note. I also tucked in two Life Saver Candies.
Have a great day!
Hello! I'm posting on the Action Wobble Blog . Today, I have this flower card to share with you with this fun Flower Cluster from Doodlebug Design. I used Print Then Cut on Cricut with it and I also cut out and extra of both white flowers that I pop dotted onto it.
I used an edge die on a piece of pink and white card stock and added some fun Totally Raspbery and Totally Lime Trendy Twine to the edges. Then I stamped my sentiment and put my Action Wobble on the flowers and added it to my card.
