Growing in Unity -- Day 1

Hello everyone!  I am so excited to be a Growing In Unity Gal again this week. I will be posting on my blog a new card every day this week.  I will be picking two people from all the comments this week to win 25 random stamps from Unity.  

For my first day today, I used the June 2016 Sentiment Kit -- Succulent Salutations. I'm pretty sure I bought this when it came out and this is the first time I am using it ;)


This set has 14 sentiments and 4 images. I really feel that the sentiment kits are a great purchase! I colored the image with my Zig Clean Color Markers. I used the markers as is and also as a watercolor. 


I thought I could use this as a birthday card. It seems I always need those, but don't always make them. This year I hope to do better.

    I love this set. I bought it when it was released and use the sentiments all the time. You choose great colors on the cactus!

    congrats on being a GIU gal this week! and what a fun card! I don't remember seeing this set so will have to go track it down. love the great cacti and the colors you've used. :) shame I have to go shopping in the store, isn't it?! ;)
