Trendy Twine -- A Holly Berry Christmas

Hello everyone!  It's my turn to post over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today, I made a cute little treat box using the Candy Tin and some Holly Berry Trendy Twine.  I also added two sequins from the new Holly Berry Sequins Mix :)

I did make this a simple gift, but I think it looks like a nice little gift.  I filled my tin with 8 tiny Kit Kat Bars and then I cut a two inch wide strip of paper to wrap around the tin.  The nice thing about that is the paper will slide off so the tin can be re-used :)

You may notice that the holly matched the candy -- to be honest, that did not even register with me until I edited the pictures!  I just cut the holly because I wanted to make the twine berries :)  I did add some glittery accents to the edges and middle of the leaves, but I don't think that shows very well in the pictures.

To make the berries, I put down some glossy accents and wound my Holly Berry Twine into a swirl.  I love how it looks!  I added the tag, stamped with Merry Christmas and then two of the flat sequins from the Holly Berry Sequin Mix.

These Candy Tins are so fun and such a great price.  Be sure to go grab a few over at Annie's Paper Boutique for your last minute gifts!

Have a great day!
Helen
