My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop!!

Hello everyone!!

It's my favorite Friday of the month--My Pink Stamper Pinkalicious Blog Hop night!!   If you have just come from creative Chelle (Paper Krate) then you are on the right track.  If you just happened to stop by, make sure to start at the beginning at Robyn's fabulous My Pink Stamper blog.

Today's theme is a fresh clean start! Make something for yourself or that you would give someone to welcome the fresh clean start of a New Year! And I have to say that I really love what I made for today :)

I decided to make a mini book to record my quest to be published this year.  Plus I just got a Bind It All for Christmas and this was the perfect way to try it out!

Here are the details:
  • My Pink Stamper Encourage Me and Scrap-alicious sets
  • Cricut cartridges
    • Sophisticated--front of card cut at 5 inches
    • Designer's Calendar Months cut at 2 inches
  • DCWV Black Currant and LaCreme Stacks
  • Teresa Collins Blinage--Taylor's Clips
  • Black Organdy Ribbon
  • Stick on gems
  • pop dots
My plan is to record my projects for the year, especially when I submit projects for publication, and other fun scrap related events (like a cricut get together I'm going to next weekend!).    I used the Encourage Me set for the front--these are great inspirational stamps and the Scrap-alicious set for inside the book.  I'm going to add as the year goes on :)   I think I'm going to be making a lot of books this year too!

Now your next stop on the hop is the fabulous Missy.  And don't forget when you are all done to go back to My Pink Stamper and play along!

And since you've made it to the end of my post, I have a giveaway!  It's one of my favorite things......a My Pink Stamper stamp set!!  I have a few on order but I think I will giveaway a Love-alicious set today--perfect timing for Valentine's Day :)  Just leave one comment with a way for me to contact you.  I will leave it open until Wedneday, January 18th and announce the winner on Thursday.

Here's the hop order in case you get lost along the way:

Helen You are here :)
 Have a fabulous weekend everyone!!

My Pinka-Licious Blog Hop!

Hi everyone! It's time for the My Pinka-licious Blog Hop.  Today's theme is birthdays.  If you've just come from Pam's blog, Simply Pam, and her super project you are on the right track.  If not, head over to My Pink Stamper and start there.

I have 2 projects for you tonight and a giveway at the end.  1st up is a birthday card.  I have really been wanting to use this card base from Birthday Bash for a while! BTW the eyes and lips cut for this were tiny!  I had to use a marker for the eyes at this size :)

Details:
  • My Pink Stamper Sweet Baby set
  • All cuts from Birthday Bash: Card 5 inches; Octopus 2 3/4 inches; pattern 4 3/4 inches
  • DCWV The Glam Gal Stack
  • Sizzix Argyle Folder used in the Cuttlebug
  • Frosted Lace and Thistle Stickles
  • Signo white pen
  • Helmar Scrap Dots
  • American Crafts Ribbon
Next, I have a scrapbook page.  I used 2 sets of stamps on this one.

Details:
  • My Pink Stamper Simply Sweet Stamps (one of Robyn's 1st sets) and Family and Friends
  • Banner cut at 3 inches from April Showers
  • Balloons cut at 4 inches from Create a Critter
  • DCWV the Celebration Stack pattern paper
  • Paper Candle from Imaginisce
  • Helmar Scrap Dots to pop up the banner and balloons
  • Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to stick the candle on
I stamped on the banner and even the swirl stamp is from Robyn too.  I just love this page :)

I now have a giveaway for you -- a set of My Pink Stamper Fabulous Phrases Stamps.  This is one of my favorite sets!!  Just leave one comment and a way for me to contact you.  I'll draw a winner on Tuesday.

Now hop on over to the amazing Tammy at Creative Critters Cricut Club to see what she has in store for you today :)  And make sure to head back to My Pink Stamper to play along with your own birthday project and to see where you can buy her fabulous stamps!!
