Annie's Paper Boutique -- Very Merry Sequins Release

Today is an exciting day at Annie's Paper Boutique as we release a Very Merry collection of sequin mixes! Christmas is just right around the corner and with our four brand new sequin blends, you'll be sure to find just the right one for your projects. I know you are eager to see what the Design Team has created, but let's take a peek at the new sequins!

For my project, I used the Merry Sequins. Aren't they fun?!

Here's the shaker card I made. I also used Candy Cane Trendy Twine and the Merry Christmas Stamp Set that you can find in the Annie's Paper Boutique Shop.

Annie's Paper Boutique - Wicked Sequin Release

Hello! Today is a very exciting day at Annie's Paper Boutique as we release a 'Wicked' collection of sequin mixes!  Halloween is such a fun time to create for and with our 4 brand new mixes of sequins, you'll be sure to find just the right one for your projects. I'm joining the Design Team today, so let's take a peek at the new sequins. 

 I am using the new Spellbinding Sequin Mix, a mix of orange and green with black bats.

I decided to make a small shaker section on the card front.  The sentiment from the Happy Halloween Stamp Set is stamped right on the patterned paper and then the Spellbinding sequins are inside there too.  I used Orange Limeade Trendy Twine around the circle and added a bow--it matches the sequins very well.  

I did use some orange and green ink to splatter dots over the layer before adding anything to it. The cute owl and pumpkin are from MFT Halloween Hoo. Then I just added a few more Spellbinding Sequins to the top to finish it off.

MFT 2021 Card Design Superstar Contest: Innovation Master

Hello!  I didn't think I would enter this contest but I had an extra day off and decided to try the Innovation Master with a Cascade Card.  It took me most of the day and is my third try, but I do love how it turned out.

MFT Slimline Challenge--Tweet Birthday

Hello again! Today I have a card to share for the MFT Slimline Challenge-- Spring has Sprung. I love the slimline card, but when I go to make one, I'm not sure what to do.  Also, they are very hard to photograph and the whole card will not fit on an Instagram post LOL!

This is what I came up with.  I'm happy the way it turned out.

Hello! I made this card for the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge.  It's their 12th birthday for the challenge so the theme is Birthday. I'm trying to actually send birthday cards. this year so that's perfect!

Growing in Unity Blog Hop

Hello everyone! Today is a Growing in Unity Blog Hop with the GIU Gals from the last few months.  As you can see from above, be sure to comment on all the posts for your chance to win one of two Unity filled prizes!

Today, I used the Sweet Easter Gnome stamp set. There are 9 stamps in this set and I used one of the gnomes and one sentiment.  I had planned to make a second card with the other gnome but we got a puppy a week ago and she is full of energy and needs lots of attention LOL! (see pic below).

I stamped my gnome image onto a mat die cut.  He's colored in with Copic markers and I love how bright he turned out! Next I stamped the sentiment near the top.  Then I added some enamel dots (of course) But there was a lot of white space. I decided I wanted to add a bit of color with some watercolor.  So I took the backing from the stamps to be my mask and flicked on some watercolor to match the gmoe colors.

Lastly, I found this fun green patterned paper, pop dotted the top layer to the green with a bit of Trendy Twine curled up in the corner.

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Thanks Card

 Hello everyone.  I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I'm sharing a quick card with you using Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine, Raspberry Cupcake Sequins and Chocolate Truffle Sequins.

I say it's a quick card, but really when you are trying to decide what to do and what paper to use, it's probably not that quick.  But, once you decided that, it's not long LOL!  I wanted to use these fun banner dies and the fun thanks die as well.

I adhered my banners and added my Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine across the top of them and added the bow.  Next I die cut the thanks and layered 3 together.  To finish it off, I added some Raspberry Cupcake and Chocolate Truffle Sequins.

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Sweetest Wishes

 Hello! I'm posting over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I'm sharing a project using Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine, Kraft Scalloped Note Cards, Kraft Small Envelopes and the You & Me Planner Stamp Set.

I used a small die for the pink layer to put on my Kraft Scallop Note Cards and added some cute die cut and colored llamas to that with pop dots. Additionally, I die cut a strip to add my sentiment.

Next I wrapped my Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine around the top twice and tied it off with a bow.  Then I grabbed the Kraft Small Envelopes and added a stamp in a light brown from the You & Me Planner Stamp set to the bottom in a row.

These make such cute little note cards!

Trendy Bakers Twine -- Banner Love

 Hello everyone!  I'm posting at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine.  Today I have a cute banner card to share with you using Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine. 

I got this cute banner die set and I just knew it would be perfect to use my Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine with.  The banner die cuts the circle holes at the top and I was able to thread my Cherry Cupcake Trendy Twine through all the pieces very easily.  I did add foam tape to the banner pieces to pop it up and I tucked my Trendy Twine around the back of the red paper before I taped it down to hold it in place.  Then I just added some twine bows to the edges.

This is will be so fun for cakes and treats and I can use my wide variety off Trendy Twine colors to match the occasion!

Growing in Unity Day 5 -- No Probllama

Hello everyone!  Today is Day 5 and my last day in my Growing in Unity Week with Unity Stamp Co.  It's been so much fun being able to create cards with my Unity Stamps this week and share them with you.  Thank you so much for all your comments this week!

Today I used Llama Tell Ya Something Set.  I have used Owls, Gnomes and now Llamas this week.  I collect all of those LOL. This was a fun card to make

I actually already mailed this card off to someone who's birthday is today.  The sentiment was pretty perfect for her. I used some fun paper from Pink Paislee Birthday Bash 6x6 paper. The llama is stamped onto the base but the bow I stamped and cut out and added with foam pop dots.
