A Trendy Twine Turtle Box

Hello everyone!  It's my turn to post over at Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine today.   We are showcasing the fabulous Limeade Trendy Twine and the fun Kraft Gable Boxes this month.  Make sure to head over there to see all the fun projects!

For my box, I also added the St. Patrick's Day Punch and Go Printable that you can get in the store too.

The printable is cut out with a 1 3/4 inch circle punch and I cut the scalloped circle out with my Cricut at 2 inches to attach to the printable.  I threaded the Limeade Trendy Twine through the scallops and tied a bow.  Then I wrapped some around the handle of the Kraft Gable Box and then tied the tag to the twine on the box.

I used some fun polka dot paper for the background of my St. Patrick's Day Turtle.  The turtle is cut from the Create a Critter 2 Cricut cartridge.  The animals on this cart are so fun to play with!

There is plenty of time to get some of these great goodies in time for St. Patrick's Day.Head over to Annie's Paper Boutique to get your shopping done :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!!  The Trendy Twine design team played secret cupid--we all got a name and made a card and sent it will a few small gifts.  It was so fun!

Here is the card I made and the gifts I sent to my secret cupid.

I used the fabulous Strawberry Cupcake Trendy Twine on my card.  It was pretty easy to look the twine through the heart and then just tie a bow at the top.  I love the way it looks!

I also used some sequins from the Pink Sequin Assortment that you can get at the store.  I LOVE sequins :)

Here is a flat view to show you the dimension--I used slightly taller pop dots on the middle heart.

The goodies.  I did buy Valentine items, but thought that these items could be used year round and not just on Valentine's Day.  Then I added in one of the heart butterfly pops from our Fluerette Bloom Crafting Inspiration week that I made.

Make sure to head over to Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine so see all the fun cards and links to the other DT's blogs.

Have a fabulous day!
